Sharon and Alan, Toronto Ontario,
Hi
Sorry to take so long to get back to you. The jet lag is over, thank
heavens & were just about caught up with the paperwork from being
away from our company for 4 weeks! Haven't really caught up with the yard work at home yet.
The Pine City hotel in Shanghai was great ... no problems at all. The room was; clean & comfortable & the staff were pleasant to deal with. The restaurant food was quite good & the staff in the dining room very helpful.
The Harmony House Hotel in Beijing, their restaurant food was quite good. Our room was satisfactory, but not as good as the Pine City hotel.
Both of us are very satisfied with the work done. Alan is having a
little trouble with getting used to his bottom plate, but he figures it will just take a little time. I'm not having any problems & I love my new smile! We found the staff at the hospital to be very professional,
Thank you for all your help and the great service We had a wonderful holiday.

In all my days in high school and college my friends and family use to kid me about my flat chest. I guess if no one else had noticed it I might not have been sensitive about it. But they did and I was. When I finally got out of college in the spring of 2005 and landed a good job I decided it was time to do something about my problem.
I was shocked at how much the local surgeons wanted and rather scared about the idea of having it done in a clinic. After talking to some friends and researching the internet I learned that there are at least 15 or 20 different countries where you can get procedures done. After much research I finally decided to go to China with Nip & Tuck Tours International. I really liked the idea that a portion of the profits from my trip would go to fund reconstructive surgery for underprivileged children.
I was very skeptical about China and the whole idea of getting work done in a foreign country. But after researching the quality of the Shanghai Liren Hospital and seeing the information about the hotels and the service other Nip and Tuck clients had received, I decided to put my faith in them.
I was not disappointed. I am a very picky person and like any other trip there are always little problems but over all I really enjoyed my 2 week stay in Shanghai. It is a truly wonderful city. The Pine City Hotel is lovely, I am totally satisfied with the procedure I had. The only thing I am noticing now is how people, men in particular look at me in a different way. All along the way the people at Nip and tuck, the hotel and the hospital bent over backwards to make me happy.

When I was 17 I got my nose broken in a friendly football game in a park near my school. It was very painful and it was never repaired correctly because my parents could not afford it and we had no medical coverage. Over the years I always wanted to get it fixed because it always made me look tough like a boxer. Not only that, I always had trouble breathing through it. When a friend told me about Nip and Tuck Tours I decided to get a price and see how much it would cost. I was amazed at the costs and really enjoyed the trip. I was treated like a king and really enjoyed my stay at SunIsland Resort. My girlfriend and I played golf, did some swimming, a lot of shopping and just relaxed. Everyone treated us like we where movie stars.

Three years ago my ex husband and I went through a long and expensive divorce. It drained me of my energy and self-confidence. At 42 I was getting a little out of shape and the lines on my face where becoming more and more pronounced. To add to my problems one of my front teeth was crooked as a result of a fall taken while jogging in my youth.
I had seen some of the makeover shows on T.V and decided to take some of the money I had won in the divorce settlement and get myself a total makeover. After much discussion with my own doctor and talking to local Dentists and Cosmetic Surgeons I decided it would be too expensive. Then someone told me about Nip and Tuck Tours and I decided to contact them. The staff was easy to talk to and very responsive to my questions. I also spoke to a surgeon from the Shanghai Liren Hospital over the internet. Finally after 2 months of questions and answers I took the plunge as it where. I decided to get all 16 of my front teeth caped and breast enlargement surgery. I was happy to hear that they could use fat from my body instead of one of those artificial implants. I also got my lower eye lids done, dermabrasion to my face and a little liposuction on my thighs and stomach. While I was there Nip and Tuck set me up with a great hair stylist and a fashion advisor. I stayed at the Jianguo hotel in Shanghai for a week and after surgery I rested and recuperated for 2 more weeks at the Meridien She Shan 5 star Resort. The beauty of China, the kindness of its people, the service at the hospital, the hotels and Nip and Tuck Tours was all wonderful. I will go back again.

In August of 2002 I was an English Teacher in a large city called Chengdu in Sichuan Province, China. Since I was there for over 6 months I was bound to suffer from a few medical and dental problems. My mother had problems during pregnancy with me and as a result I have always had very soft unattractive teeth. While I was in China one of my front teeth chipped off and since it was very sharp it became a problem because it was always cutting the inside of my mouth when I chewed on anything.
Reluctantly I finally asked one of the other teachers at the school if he knew a good dentist in town. About two days later I was sitting in a clean modern dental clinic having my teeth checked by an obviously very competent Dentist. With my teacher friend translating I was told that I needed to get a root canal and then have a porcelain crown put on my tooth. I must admit to being rather afraid of getting any procedure done where I would be given a local antithetic by needle. I had already expressed my fears to my teacher friend and he relayed them to the Dentist. The Dentist smiled and showed me one of the needles which were appropriately sealed in a sanitary plastic container and the label indicated in English that it was made in U.S.A. He also showed me a bottle of amalgam filling material which was made in Germany. I later found out that most dental clinics in China use state of the art technology and much of the materials they use are from Japan, Germany and the U.S.
Anyway I did get a root canal that same day and a week later I got my new crown. I was so happy with the results and the great price that I decided to go back again 5 years later with Nip and Tuck tours and see China as a tourist and get another 21 crowns put on my now very attractive teeth. I also got the first stage of a hair transplant. I will be going back this fall to have the balance of my hair procedure.

Two years ago my daughter Lisa graduated from Nursing College with excellent marks and we where all very proud of her. The question was what to give her for this wonderful accomplishment. What we decided on was a bit unusual but a year later I now think it was one of the best gifts that we could have given her. When she was growing up she was always a tomboy type with very little figure, glasses and the family trait of a big nose. She never complained but was always self-conscious. So for her graduation we decided to give her a Nip and Tuck makeover and a wonderful 4 week trip to China.
When she came home from Shanghai, I swear I did not recognize her coming down the arrivals escalator. Here hair was different and she looked like a completely different person. She had gotten breast and hip implants, lasik eye surgery and a nose job. Not to mention a new hair style, new makeup and some new cloths. Everything cost us less than $10,000.00. for the trip and all the procedures. Today she is more confident, happier with herself and she has a very handsome boyfriend. She is however in our minds, still the same little girl that my husband and I love.

At the age of 25 I felt reasonably successful I had a good job as a systems manger for an international telecommunications company, I owned my own condo and was driving a new sports car. There was something missing in my life and I new exactly what it was. I was lonely and frustrated. My rough skin and manly appearance turned most men off. In my teens I had bad acne and though that problem had dissipated I still had the scars. I was also overweight and had one ear that stuck out. Oh, my staff all took me very seriously because I think I looked kind of mean in a literal sense. The problem was men in general just seemed to look through me.
Over the 5 years I had worked for the company I had never taken any real time off so I had about 10 weeks of leave coming to me. I had always wanted to see China so I thought now or never. In looking at different tour sites I ran into the idea of Medical Tourism. After much research the name of Nip & Tuck Tours came up and since then my life has taken a 360 degree turn. You see I went to China for 6 weeks had breast implants, liposuction, chemical peal, had my ear fixed and through Nip and Tuck I got a personal trainer, hairstylist, and fashion consultant. Those 6 weeks changed my life.
A year later I am married and expecting our first child. I am on a leave of absence from my job and intend to return in about 4 months. I still manage to work from home and keep in contact with my staff. Thank you Nip and Tuck Tours you where wonderful.
